How can I pass the PSM I exam?

some resources are paid and some are free. It is not necessary to purchase specific books as most of what you need can be found online through blogs, forums, and articles.
It’s highly recommended that you stick with competent resources like content on Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, Mountain Goat Software, HeyScrum, etc as there is a lot of outdated or misinformation regarding Scrum.
Is the PSM I exam open book?
Yes, the PSM exams are open book. That being said, the less you need to search the better as the time limit is very short.
Is the Scrum Guide enough to pass the PSM I exam?
Reading the Scrum Guide alone isn’t typically enough preparation. Taking the practice tests on HeyScrum will give you a good baseline on where you’re at in terms of Scrum knowledge.
Is the PSPO exam more difficult than the PSM I exam?
Although not mandatory, passing the PSM I can be helpful in making it easier to pass the PSPO I.
Approximately half of the PSPO I will have repeated or questions related to the PSM I.
Which Scrum certification is the best?
Currently, the two most popular certifications come from Scrum.org and Scrum Alliance. In my opinion, certifications from either organization is beneficial. Depending on your career goals, you can research job posts to see if the organization you want to work for requires a PSM or CSM.
How do I pass the PSPO exam?
Preparing for the PSPO I, requires you to be familiar with Scrum. Reading and understanding the Scrum Guide will be needed as a lot of questions will assess you on the framework itself. Scrum.org also provides a recommended reading for the PSPO I here:
