When can I claim a refund?

All students are entitled with full refund if he/she fails the corresponding exam within 14 days after completing our courses. In order to save ourselves from scammers and continue this Money Back Guarantee for loyal customers, please note the money back guarantee is not applicable in the following situations:

The exam is not relevant to the course. For example, you purchased practice tests for PSM I, but take the PSM II exam.
The corresponding exam is taken before fully completing all practice tests.
The corresponding exam is taken before scoring at least 95% on all practice tests.
The exam is taken more than 14 days after completion of the corresponding practice tests. Although our practice tests are complete enough to help you pass the real exam, many mistakes can happen without enough practice.
Exam candidate's name and email address is different than the account name and email address on ScrumPrep.

Have not yet passed an intermediate level certification when attempting an advanced level exam. For example, you take the PSPO II exam before validating your fundamental PO knowledge in the PSPO I.
